I am raising funds to join a life-changing Yoga Teacher Training program in Chiang Mai, Thailand. This immersive experience will allow me to combine my background in mental health with ethical, natural healing, empowering others to build healthy habits and flourish from the inside out.

My Journey & Calling
During my time in Thailand to immerse myself in the local culture, I was offered an amazing opportunity to attend a yoga teacher training program. This experience aligns with who I am to my core. I focus heavily on meditation, wellness, and healing, and helping others take care of their inner selves has always been my calling. This certification will give me the exact tools I need to teach, guide, and empower others.

Professional Background
I have 8 years of dedicated experience in the social work field, specifically within mental health. Throughout my career, I have always found deep joy in supporting those in need and providing a sense of healing. However, I have long wanted to expand my approach in a way that feels deeply natural, holistic, and empowering for my clients.

Why I Need Your Support
Becoming a certified yoga instructor is the bridge between my social work background and my passion for holistic wellness. This training will enable me to blend mental health practices with mindfulness and movement, allowing me to make a tangible, lasting impact on the lives of others.
