 Thanks for taking the time to read this. Before you disregard this completely because of my age, please reconsider.

 The past few years I have experienced very heavy things for a girl my age. It forced me to grow up faster than I should. Like all of us, I had to fight my demons and I only recently beat them.

 I am currently in the works of writing a book with my experience with life so far. I am not starving nor am I missing a roof over my head, I've always had a place at school and I don't fear gunshots whenever I walk around my city. My issues weren't the most important in the world, but they were what I had to deal with and they influenced my life a lot. Travelling really helped me combat my problems so I'd like to commemorate their defeat with the ultimate travel experience.
 Peru is my destination of choice because it has such a different culture than mine and I'd like to experience it, I also wanted a physical challenge and the hike to Machu Picchu is one of the most rewarding challenges I have seen.

 My dream is to hike the INCA Trail on my 16th birthday, and with your help, I could make my dream come true!
