Hello, my name is Ali Alkhoja, and I am reaching out to you with a heavy heart and a humble plea. My mother, who is 84 years old, is currently living in Jordan. She originally hails from the vibrant land of Lebanon, a country rich in culture and history, much like her own life’s journey.

My mother has always been a beacon of strength and resilience, a woman who faced life's challenges with a smile and unwavering faith. She moved to Jordan many years ago, driven by her love for my father and a desire to embrace a new chapter in her life. Despite the miles that have always separated us, her love has never faltered, and her spirit has always been a guiding light for me.

Now, at 84, she is facing a challenging time with her health. Her strength is waning, and her days are filled with more struggle than joy. It breaks my heart to know that she is suffering, and the thought of not being by her side in her time of need is unbearable.

I live far away, in a different corner of the world, and my financial situation has made it incredibly difficult for me to afford the travel expenses needed to see her. I work hard every day, but the cost of such a trip is beyond my reach. The burden of financial constraints has never felt as heavy as it does now, knowing that my mother needs me and I cannot be there for her.

This is why I am reaching out to you today, with a heart full of hope and a plea for your support. I am trying to raise funds to cover the travel expenses to Jordan so that I can be with my mother in her time of need. It is a journey of love, a journey that will allow a son to hold his mother's hand, to comfort her, and to show her the love and gratitude that she so richly deserves.
