My name is Eutarcus Williams and I am in need of your support as I navigate the challenging journey of an upcoming heart transplant. After a long wait, I'm incredibly grateful to be waiting on the heart transplant list for my new lease on life. But with this opportunity comes a long road of significant medical expenses for both surgery and recovery.

This is why I am reaching out to those with a heart, to help me get a heart. I'm fundraising to cover costs associated with a full heart transplant, postoperative hospitalization, post-transplant medications, specialized therapies, and follow-up appointments. Every dollar donated will make a tangible difference in my ability to have a successful operation and recovery, giving me the ability to return to a fulfilling life.

As for my story, I was born with heart issues and had two open-heart surgeries by just 2 years old. I got to live a normal life up till the age of 46 when my heart health declined resulting in a need for a pacemaker. Not long after the pacemaker was implanted the doctors let me know that due to my condition, the pacemaker would not be enough. I needed a heart transplant in the future. After hearing this I knew I had to work hard on my overall health to prove to the doctors I was worthy to be on the transplant list. It took 6 years of dedication to finally be accepted onto the list, but the work has not ended there. Though I made it on the list, I am now faced with challenges I cannot overcome on my own. I need to raise the money I will depend upon during and after my surgery.

Your charity will help go toward the requirements needed to be selected for heart transplant such as: 3-6 month stay in Nashville near the hospital, medical bills not covered by insurance, special diet that will aid in my recovery, and travel costs.
