Hi, my name is Rafael, and I am an entrepreneur passionate about creating spaces where people can build meaningful relationships. I have recently started a new business venture in real estate development, specifically focusing on building micro-resorts for short-term stays. My mission is to provide beautiful, intimate spaces where people can connect and make lasting memories.

To achieve this, I need to enhance my architectural, design, and project management skills. That’s why I am seeking to study abroad in Barcelona, Spain, where I will immerse myself in a world-renowned architectural program. I am dealing with unpaid rent from a delinquent tenant, extensive foundation and roof repairs, concrete fixes, being denied scholarship funding for this trip, and I recently had to buy a new truck for my current exterior cleaning business after giving my old one to my grandpa for his move to Mexico. Despite these setbacks, I am determined to pursue my dream and make a positive impact on my community.
