Hello everyone! My name is Alondra Cortes. I am a freshman at California State University, Chico. I will be studying abroad in Spain for Fall 2019 and Spring 2020! I am a double major in Child Development and Spanish. I chose those two majors because I want to help children in whichever way possible. While in Spain, I will be teaching children English. Being bilingual is a great resource that I want others to have too. Furthermore, I decided to study abroad because I want to discover new passions, create memories of a lifetime, and enhance my personal growth. People tried discouraging me that I would not be able to study abroad because I am a first-generation college student and because I come from a low-income household. Help me prove those people wrong! I will be studying abroad thanks to scholarships, financial aid, hard work, and your donations. For every person that donates, I will email your pictures of my experience and show you how much I truly appreciate your donation; so please list your email. Feel free to share and donate, no donation is too small. Anything and everything will help me  significantly. I love you all and thank you in advance!
