    SEND ME TO DISSERTATION BOOT CAMP 2024
    I'm finally here and I am ready for this journey. I need to attend the dissertation boot camp 2024 to give me the extra support, push and confidence I will need to succeed. Join my campaign to support this trip and help another person believe their dreams can come true. This journey took long but what i learned about me was i did not give up and I won at my finish line. I will travel the world; many will call for my expertise in sharing my experiences in not giving up. No matter where you come from, no matter what life challenges came your way, when you dream you have to believe in yourself.     Helping me attend the National University Boot Camp will provide a great understanding and wealth of knowledge and information that I will need from the doctoral distance-based learning that is created for working current students. Allowing me to have that one on one, and face-to-face interaction with different faculty members, students, and experienced researchers addressing the dissertation topic I am working on and giving me their expertise and research experience will be the best support and help I would need to help me to get over any obstacles I may run into during my doctoral journey.
    National University's mission to their students entering the dissertation state is to engage diverse, global doctoral students in dissertation retreats with key faculty to support the needs of working professionals worldwide by providing a structured, intense, learning environment supporting student success for timely completion of dissertation study. By providing strategies, techniques, research, and writing are offered to us, and an alternative method to gain the information we will need to be successful in understating and passing our dissertation. At National University each boot camp session is catered to include sessions that are most relevant to the students who are attending. Weeks before the boot camp National University will have us complete a survey that will let them know exactly the areas I will need to focus on and they will design my dissertation boot camp to accommodate my boot camp experience appropriately. In each boot camp session these are the areas of interest I will be engaging in:
    COMPS, Prospective or Portfolio Prep
    Managing distractions – getting re-motivated
    Library, ASC & Available Resources
    How to Avoid Common Pitfalls
    Writing for your Dissertation
    Dissertation Roadmap

    National University started the boot camp in August 2016, and the first-ever physical, intensive doctoral dissertation boot camp for doctoral candidates in the dissertation sequence at our Service Center in Scottsdale, Arizona. National University delivers programs online without the requirement to travel, but they have identified the value in face-to-face interactions. The boot camp focused its attention on building on the foundation students already had, with a goal in mind to leave the boot camp with the skills and knowledge necessary to complete a timely, scholarly, and publishable dissertation study. Sessions are led by experienced NU Faculty. Students can develop cohort relationships with their peers and interact in both formal and informal sessions with faculty and students.

Investing in me will grant me the opportunity to attend this Boot Camp and do outstanding in my Dissertation stage.
