My name is Nkiruka Celestina Nnajide, a dedicated mother of three young children aged 8, 5, and 2 years. I have recently been blessed with the opportunity to study a Personal Care Attendant (PCA) program in Canada—a life-changing course that will not only provide me with the skills to help others but also grant me a pathway to secure a work permit. This chance is a beacon of hope for my family, offering a way to break free from financial struggles and provide my children with a brighter future.

 

As a mother, leaving my young children behind to pursue this dream is one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever had to make. But I am driven by the hope of giving them a better life and ensuring they never have to endure the struggles we currently face. However, I cannot achieve this dream alone.

 

The tuition fees, travel expenses, and associated costs are beyond what my family can afford. Despite my best efforts to save and explore other funding options, I still face a significant financial shortfall.
