My Travel Story

Hello everyone!

My name is Kerylan and I am an animal lover from Colombia. I am excited to tell you about an amazing opportunity that has come my way. I am going on a trip to Namibia to volunteer in wildlife reserves and help save endangered animals.

In Namibia, there are a lot of animals that desperately need our help. Many of them are at risk due to poaching, habitat loss and other threats. These wildlife reserves are dedicated to protecting and preserving these iconic species, such as leopards, cheetahs, elephants and black rhinos.

During my stay, I will work directly with the conservation teams on activities such as:

1. animal monitoring: I will assist in tracking and recording the animals' movements and behaviors to better understand their needs and ensure their safety.

2. Research: I will participate in research projects to collect important data on the population and habitat of endangered species, which will help in their long-term conservation.

3. Habitat maintenance: I will collaborate in the maintenance and restoration of natural habitats, ensuring that animals have a suitable environment to thrive.

Environmental education: I will work with local communities to raise awareness about the importance of conservation and promote sustainable practices that benefit both animals and people.

However, in order to do this volunteer work, I need your support. Travel, lodging, food and other costs are significant. That is why I have created this campaign on FundMyTravel, hoping to raise funds to cover these expenses and make a real difference in the lives of these animals.

Every donation, no matter how small, will directly contribute to saving these animals and protecting their future. Your financial support will allow me to provide them with the care they need and assist in the preservation of their species.
