My Travel Story

Hi everyone! I am Karissa's cousin, Leigh. I wanted to set up something to provide a way for people to support Karissa and her family in a special way since Maci passed away several weeks ago. They have some time that they are using to grieve this loss, and adjust to a very different life, and felt that traveling would be very therapeutic for them.

Maci has had 24/7 care since she was born, so 5 and a half years later, they are going to have the opportunity plan a "getaway" and felt this might happen sooner than later to have some space from the house and everything that has happened.
