Hi! I'm Jordan. Don't you wish you could just pack up your bags and head off somewhere trouble free and mesmerising? With the chance of gaining lifelong experience in a role that suits you astoundingly? Well that's my ambition, and you could help!

 Raised in a rural area of North Wales, my opportunities have been minimal. While I've learned so many things; and so many amazing people I believe it's time to take a step into the unknown by making my way across the globe to fulfill my ambition of becoming a chef!
 While Australia mightn't seem like the most foodie part af the world, I believe it would teach me more about being self sufficient in a place where anything and everything is possible. This campaign will help me raise the funds needed to make my dreams come to life, and I hope that you'll be able to help me get to where I wish to be! 

 I'll soon be creating a dedicated Instagram page to share my road to Australia, from the booking stages.. phone calls with the lovely staff at GWT
