Hello Friends and Family, 
I will be volunteering with Outreach to Enrich and International Volunteer HQ at a child day care center based in a township in the Cape Town suburbs attended by children living in poverty and from broken homes.  Some of the children have lost their parents to crime, alcohol or drug abuse, and HIV AIDS, forcing them to live with their relatives or neighbors, who often do not have the means to take proper care of them. 
This is something I have been wanting to do for a long time, and my goal is to continue helping in other countries including my beloved Colombia.  This combines my want to help others in need, my love for meeting new cultures and my passion for photographing new places, people and cultures.
The money raised won't only go towards the expenses that volunteering entails but it also goes towards giving the children more resources.  I will be helping in South Africa for about two weeks. There is absolutely NO obligation to donate, but if you do it will be greatly appreciate it and it will go a long way.  Thanks for reading :)
