In 2014 I applied to study MBA with the Business School Netherlands and received NUFFIC Scholarship. This has assited me in researching about poor Inclusive Education policy implementation in 3 special schools in Durban. The model that I developed picked up Training of educators, therapists, officials, parents and teacher assistants as one option for implementation. The Action Learning journey has assisted in strengthened Access to Quality Education for All Learners.
