Dear Friends,

I am reaching out to you with a heart full of hope and excitement, as I embark on a life-changing journey to reunite with my birth family. My name is Tara, and my mother Lissa was adopted at a young age. For years, I've wondered about my origins and the family I never knew. Thanks to the help of some incredible individuals and resources, I have finally managed to reconnect with my birth family after a long and emotional search.

This December, She has the opportunity to meet her birth mother and other family members in person for the first time. This reunion is not just a personal milestone; it is a chance to bridge the gap, heal old wounds, and create new memories together. However, I am facing financial challenges in covering the travel expenses and related costs for our family to make this dream a reality.

  • Discovering Who I Am Adventure

    I am grateful for growing up knowing my birth mother and father, however, my mother has longed for feeling complete. The smile on her face when she spoke with her mom and learning she had brothers and a sister was so wonderful. I was crying happy tears for days!
    I am going to do all I can to fund this trip so she does not have to worry about anything but feeling whole!
    I will be having a bake sale to help also!
