Greetings, my name is Taylor and this upcoming fall I will be traveling with my colleges study abroad program to liverpool,UK to study global business. I'm currently a senior here at lamar university studying for my BBA in Human Resource Management. This trip will help impact my career by exposing me to different business models on an international level and being able to experience new cultures and perspectives while developing project management and problem solving skills. By attending this trip the difference in the community that I will be able to make is by having broader intercultural skills and understanding of global issues. I'm passionate about this project because I have a strong will to gain my independence in life or my career to improve my ability to adapt, develop life long connections with other people and gaining a global career network. I chose this destination because it's always been a dream of mine to visit the UK especially London and to experience life in a different country and to learn about different customs and beliefs of other indiviuals. What makes this trip meaningful to me is that I will be able to obtain knowledge and learn about what I'm passionate about which is the world of business through making sure people are comfortable and are following policies in tlhe work place,being able to experience a college course in a different country and also travelling to one of my dream destinations!
