My Travel Story

I have been a dreamer since I was a child, with big eyes and an even bigger heart I wondered what I could do in the world to make a difference. Over the last year I have been doing small things to help any commuties I can. I've worked at a bible camp for a month where I spent my days disconnected from the outside world and focused on the children in my care, creating an experience of a lifetime for them and trying to lift them up. I also did a project where I raised over 600$ of donations from my community and used the money to make what I called blessing bags filled with everyday essentials (everything from shampoo and conditioner, to a toothbrush and toothpaste, snacks, first aid items, feminine products and so much more) I then donated those blessing bags to my local Ukrainian community in my city to be given out to the Ukrainian refugees coming to my city and province during the war. I want to live a life of zero regret and die one day knowing I've made even the smallest difference in our world. This trip is just the first of many for me to volunteer to start making the difference I've wanted to for so long. This is just the beginning of my dream to change the world.
