My Travel Story

Hello!!

I am an incredibly positive, fun-loving young woman with dreams of travelling the world. When I graduated college, I told myself I was going to go abroad and visit other countries for the first time. 

I came accross this acting intensive at the Shakespeare's Globe in London and felt connected to the program. While it's beyond what I can afford, I knew I should apply and find ways to bring the costs down. 

Like my mom taught me: "if there's a will, there's a way." I want to apply for my MFA in Acting in January 2019. This program combines both what I'm professionally passionate about and my love of travel. I want to gain a deeper understanding of the world and shape my perspective by living in new environments. As an actor, our job is to use our own experiences to reflect the world in front of us. 

I know this trip would be a lifechanging journey, and I cannot do it alone. I am completely funding this trip by myself, working 3 part time jobs to try and afford it while paying for rent and other expenses, and I still don't have enough to cover it. I would greatly appreciate ANY amount of support. 

In return, I will send some personalized gifts with a well written story or letter. Anything helps.

  • Au Pair For A Family In Italy

    Hello!
    After my trip in London, I am going to have a few days at the end of July to travel throughout Europe. Then beginning August 1st, I am going to au pair for a family in Italy. We will be in their summer home for the month of August and then we'll return to their usual house once the kids start school in September. My goal for Italy is to take an Italian intensive while the kids are in school so I practice learning another language and take a homemade pasta class of course. I am overwhelmed with excitement.
