For years, I’ve carried the weight of childhood trauma, always being the emotional support for my family. Now, as an adult, I find myself in a marriage that feels heavy with financial struggles, emotional exhaustion, and uncertainty about my partner’s ability to change.

I’ve sacrificed so much—paying off debts that aren’t mine, holding everything together while my partner drifts between jobs, and battling doubts about trust and stability in our relationship. I feel stuck, drained, and disconnected from the person I once was.

That’s why I’m choosing to take a leap for myself.

I’m setting out on a journey across India, Nepal, and Sri Lanka—places known for their deep spiritual roots, healing practices, and self-discovery. This isn’t just a trip; it’s a chance to step away, find clarity, and heal my inner child after years of emotional burden.
