We are older parents to a young child living paycheck to paycheck. It's been 3 years since we took a vacation together. It's very hard to save for a trip when airfare is so expensive. My daughter always says she would love us to vacation in Hawaii but that is too expensive and feel Puerto Rico would be just as lovely.
