The purpose for these trips is for personal growth as a leader and learning more about my Cameroon heritage 
The BCA  USA convention is both an opportunity to connect with our community here in the U.S. as well as a vacation. We discus how to elevate our nonprofit organization as well as improve the situation going on in Cameroon, which is our heritage. As chair in one of the committees, I have a responsibility to keep this purpose alive and improve our community, especially in encouraging the youth to participate in the programs we have, in both the convention and the organization.
