Vietnam volunteering for childcare to give back to the world
My Travel Story
My name is Jenny Drummond, I'm from northern Ireland, and I will be volunteering in Ho Chi Min City in Vietnam with international volunteer HQ.
My desire to give back to the world has motivated me to apply with International Volunteers HQ. Working with children in Vietnam alongside other volunteers will allow me to create memories that will last a lifetime and make friends for life, with the same ambitions to volunteer.
What I want to gain from this experience is travelling solo to a country I have never known and embracing the culture. It will allow me to learn and grow as an individual. I'm excited to volunteer in Vietnam alongside like-minded volunteers worldwide. Working with children in the childcare program will allow me to provide my culture from my country, educating children where I'm from, and providing. better access to childcare for local families in Ho Chi Min City.
