My Travel Story

Hello! My name is Laure and I live in Minnesota, near the twin cities. I immigrated from Cameroon to the US in 2011 and since then, I have only been able to visit home twice. On the one hand, this is due to financial reasons and on the other hand, immigration issues. Last year, my dad had a stroke and has been dealing with a lot of health issues since. I long to visit him and the rest of my family during this hard time. Thus the reason I started this campaign. I am hoping to raise some funds that would help me purchase my plane ticket and take care of my lodging while I am there. I would really appreciate any help you can offer. Thank you.
