Hi everyone, if you are here just to help someone, please consider me. I am Bosnian originally and now living in Spain. I am a hardworking person who helps my family back home. I have not been home for a year as I could not afford tickets for myself. I cannot tell my parents I am struggling as they will worry even more and will not accept my help anymore. Therefore, I told them that I will get them tickets for their 65th birthday to come visit me in October, and that's why I am not going back home. I was expecting a raise in my salary this June, but my boss informed me that this will not happen due to the current crisis. Now my parents are expecting the tickets or reason why they did not see me for a year, and I am not able to buy them or have heart to tell them. I cannot get a bank loan as my contract is until the end of this year, and I have no other options. The tickets for both of them should be around 1000 euros.
