My Travel Story

Loved ones-

For the past two years, I have been both working my full-time job at Cal and pursuing my master's degree in Integrative Health Studies. I knew stepping into this journey two years ago that it would be challenging. While the last two years have taken a lot of focus, energy, and patience, I have grown so much in my understanding of health and healing that I am extremely grateful for the privilege of higher education. Right now, I am feverishly working on completing my thesis so that I will make it to the stage on May 19, 2018. This important occasion also marks the last day of my 33rd year in this lifetime, which has been a transformative experience in itself (I love 33!). 
Please send your warm wishes, thoughts, love, and light as I work on completing this journey.
If you are interested in and able to contribute monetarily, know that I am planning time away for the month of July 2018 for restoration, reflection, and rebalance.
