Hi everyone,
I’m reaching out with so much hope and excitement in my heart! After years of hard work and dedication, I recently achieved one of my biggest dreams—becoming a U.S. citizen. It’s been a long journey, filled with sacrifices, perseverance, and endless paperwork, but I finally made it. And now, I have the opportunity to celebrate this milestone in a way I never thought possible—by taking my first real trip since becoming a citizen!

This summer, I hope to embark on a dream trip to the Caribbean, visiting the Bahamas and the U.S. Virgin Islands. For the first time in my life, I want to experience the joy of traveling freely, without the stress and limitations I’ve faced before. I want to feel the warm sun on my skin, dip my toes in crystal-clear waters, and create memories that will last a lifetime.

But here's the tough part—traveling isn’t cheap, and as a full-time student working hard to balance school and life, it’s been challenging to save enough for this trip. I work tirelessly as a librarian, earning $12.75 an hour, and while I love my job, saving for this adventure has been a struggle with all of life’s expenses piling up.

This trip isn’t just about relaxing on a beach; it’s about celebrating how far I’ve come, embracing new opportunities, and stepping into this next chapter of my life with excitement and gratitude. I would be beyond grateful for any contribution, no matter how small, to help make this once-in-a-lifetime experience possible.
