I am a Arizona State University student applying for the nursing program in the fall of 2023 with a strong passion to study abroad while waiting to be accepted. I believe that studying abroad will give me the tools to become a better person both personally and professionally as I get to experience cultures and traditions that will help me develop a deeper appreciation for other countries as well as my own. This experience is meaningful to me in the sense that I will be forced to get out of my comfort zone, and engage in the world that previous generations only dreamed of.
The reason I chose these particular destinations is due to them having systems in place that work for them whether it be nutritional dense foods, technology, or their healthcare system which increases their life span. Being a sole provider of four beautiful children and one grandson, makes it impossible to even dream of studying abroad thus the reason for this campaign.
