Help my daughter experience her school's end of year trip
My Travel Story
I am reaching out to you with a humble request and a heart full of hope. My name is Lucrecia, and I am a single mother of three wonderful daughters. My 11-year-old daughter is about to finish middle school, and like many of her classmates, she has the opportunity to attend a once-in-a-lifetime study trip—a tradition in our country that marks the end of this important chapter in her education.
This trip means the world to her, not just as a learning experience, but as a chance to create memories with her friends that she will carry with her forever. Unfortunately, as much as I want to give her this experience, my financial situation makes it impossible to afford the costs on my own.
Her father, who suffers from severe depression, is unable to contribute financially, which has placed the responsibility of providing for our family solely on my shoulders. Though I do everything I can to support my daughters and give them the best opportunities in life, sometimes I fall short of being able to give them everything I wish I could.
That’s why I’m turning to this incredible community, hoping to raise enough funds to send my daughter on this special journey. Any amount you can contribute will make a huge difference in helping her create lifelong memories and celebrate her accomplishments as she moves on to high school.
