My Travel Story

Hello, 

My name is Brittany Bucci, and I am an Italian-American who has been dreaming of exploring her heritage in for a very long time. I will continue to work hard to save enough to travel to Italy, but between life expensives and student loans it seems this journey may never happen.

My grandmother passed away not too long ago. I have a photo of her in St. Mark's square in Venice. She is laughing while dozens of pigeons flutter around her. I want to stand in the same spot she did. I would love the chance to be as happy as she is in that photo, knowing that I am finally exploring the country my family derives from. 
 
I want to overwhelm my senses with history, traditional food, local wine, walking for miles through ancient cities, and interacting with the culture that helped shape me into the person I am today. I am hoping this dream doesn't stay a dream. I am hoping you will graciously help me to make it a reality. 

I will personally thank everyone who contributes to putting the ultimate smile on my face. I do not take generosity for granted. I've really tried, but I have not been able to realize this dream alone, so if you can help me get there, I am forever grateful.
