Hey everyone, I’m Nikki, and I come to you today not for sympathy but out of sheer desperation. As a mother, my heart has been heavy with the weight of separation from my daughter, who turns 18 this January. For years, I’ve faced unimaginable challenges that have kept us apart. It all began in 2007 when I welcomed her into this world, a moment that was supposed to be filled with joy but instead became overshadowed by family turmoil and abuse. My father’s cruel actions and the support of a biased judicial system robbed me of precious years with my daughter. 

 

Despite the pain and obstacles, I persevered as a mother, working two jobs to provide her with everything she needed. I poured my heart into ensuring she had a good life—a house, a car, and all the love I could give. But the scars from my past still lingered, making our journey together difficult. Now that I finally have the chance to reunite with her after years of fighting against the odds, I can hardly contain my excitement. She’s in Florida, and I’m in New York, but we’ve waited long enough for this moment. This isn’t just about seeing each other again; it’s about reclaiming our bond and building the future we deserve.
