My Travel Story

I have been studying languages and cultures for so many years and I am at the point of my life where I'm ready to experience it as well. I plan to learn new cultures, see people that I haven't seen in years, become fluent in the Spanish language, and just try to have a good time in between my studies. More than anything I want to show my parents that they raised me right and that their daughter made something out of her life. My parents came from a background where they were struggling so much. We had to get clothes and shoes from the Church donations. They tried to give us what they could to make us happy, so I want to show them that they have nothing to worry about and that they don't have to struggle anymore to see me smile. There is 8 people in my house and the youngest one (6 years) has a kidney condition. I don't want the focus to be on me.
