I'm Melissa, a dedicated traveling CNA, currently studying to become an LPN with dreams of furthering my education to become a registered nurse. My heart's deepest joy is in taking care of others, and this passion fuels my desire to make a difference, one person at a time. Since I started my journey in healthcare, I've always been drawn to the idea of not just caring for people locally but understanding and contributing to global healthcare. This brings me to my heartfelt mission: a trip to Nigeria, planned for August 1, 2024. This journey is more than just travel—it's an opportunity to immerse myself in a new culture, learn from their healthcare practices, and bring back invaluable experiences that will shape my nursing career. I've been working tirelessly, often pulling double shifts, to save for this trip. My goal is to cover flight and hotel expenses, but it's been challenging to gather all the funds I need. This is why I'm reaching out for your support. By helping me reach Nigeria, you're not just funding a trip—you’re investing in a mission of compassion and growth. In Nigeria, I hope to volunteer in local clinics, learn from healthcare providers, and connect with the communities to understand their way of life. This experience will not only broaden my perspective but will also equip me with the skills and knowledge to provide even better care to my patients here at home. Your support, no matter the amount, would mean the world to me. It would be a blessing that enables me to pursue this dream and make a real difference. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for considering my cause. Together, we can make this journey of compassion a reality.

God bless you,
Melissa
