I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out with a heartfelt request concerning my child, who is currently unwell and in need of medication. Unfortunately, due to [brief reason, e.g., financial difficulties, lack of transportation, or another relevant situation], I am unable to get the medicine they need at this time.
