Hello! My name is Karim Cominelli. I am trying to go to Europe for a study abroad program! The Summer Europe Seminar is perfect for an undergraduate student like me! I'm currently a second year student, studying Marketing with a concentration in Sales. I am looking to gain international experience while setting myself apart in the workforce after graduation. Learning about the culture, customs, and international business practices used in a variety of European cities will be curical to set me apart from the competition, post-graduation. Studying abroad in a business world matters a lot to me because international business is crucial to a successful business, not just for me, but for my future employer! Everyone always told me the day I reached high school to study abroad. Now that I finally have the opportunity to do so, and at such a good age(19), it'll truly be life-changing. Studying abroad in the summer going into my junior year is better than summer going into senior year because I want that focused primarily on securing internships and hopefully a job offer. We will observe how business practices differentiate between each country visited and the United States. The base cost of this trip is $8,399 USD (everything included). Since this is at select colleges throughout the US, my college is automatically giving me a $750 scholarship just for being a student there! The organization hosting this is International Business Seminars.
