My Travel Story

Upon entering middle school I knew I wanted to play the trumpet. I have worked hard through discipline and daily practice to be the first chair for trumpet. Bringing music to the world around us brings joy. I want to be able to share my musical gift the rest of my life with my community, my school, my loved ones and my friends. This is our school trip for our 8th grade band before we go to high school. This trip will show me there is nothing to be afraid of and nothing too impossible that if we set our minds and work hard we can achieve. Having this chance as a 13 year old will build my character and broaden my mindset. Because in the end it isn't all about me it's what I can bring to make our world a better place and that is music.
