My name is Sunshine. Here's a bit about my story:
I am 23, and have lived in Oregon my entire life.
My ultimate goal is to travel to Bali, Indonesia Next June for 30 days to train to become an Internationally Certified Yoga Instructor! The Pranashama Yoga Institute provides intensive training where I will be doing many different types of Yoga, Deep Meditation, volunteering at Schools and teaching children, exploring the beautiful culture of Bali, and all around digging deep into my subconsious to unlock the things holding me back from success and happiness.
I had some traumatic things happen to me when I was young... I lost someone very close to me when i was only 14, to suicide, and then I lost myself when my depression and panic attacks spiraled out of control. I have struggled with body image, as anyone does, and all around confidence and happiness. This trip will help me unlock those past issues and let go of them. This trip will help me move forward and succeed in life, discover myself and what I want out of life, and most importantly, let go of my past.. I currently am working a minimum-wage job, which makes it difficult to come up with tuition costs (5500), a deposit (1000), as well as the airplane ticket (anywhere from 1000-2000 from PDX to Bali), and a decent safety net. 
For years, I haven't been able to decide which direction I want to go career-wise, though I have discovered Yoga & Traveling are the two things that have always brought me pure happiness and ultimate joy. This is why I've decided I want to become an Internationally Certified Yoga Teacher. This would give me the ability to help & heal people & teach Yoga ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD!! THAT IS AMAZING! :)
