My Travel Story

Rachel and Skylar are planning to travel to the Limpopo Province of South Africa this summer to spend 2 weeks volunteering at a Wildlife Rehabilitation Center. We are both incredibly passionate about animals, and we are both actively pursuing careers in veterinary medicine. Travelling to Africa would give us the chance to use our passion to do good and give back. At the Rehabilitiation Center we would have to opportunity to hand-nurture orphaned animals from cheetah cubs, to birds, to warthogs, care for permanent residents, treat injured animals, and attend call-outs to capture animals for relocation or to be brought into the center for treatment. This would be a life changing experience for both of us, and we hope that we are fortunate enough to turn our dreams into a reality. Any funds donated will go directly towards covering travelling costs, and the cost of participating in the program. We would be extremely grateful and thankful for any donation!
