My Travel Story

Hi, my name is Stephanie. I’m a foodie and baker who underwent a Myomectomy surgery to remove 7 large fibroids and endometriosis growth in 2021. Recognizing the impact of my diet on hormone balance, I made a conscious decision to transition to a plant-based diet following my surgery. 

My commitment to nourishing my body with nutrient-dense plant foods helped alleviate symptoms related to hormonal imbalances and improve her overall well-being.

Now, I use my personal journey as inspiration to empower other women. I have enthusiastically embraced plant-based cooking and discovered the joy of creating delicious, hormone-balancing meals using whole, plant-based ingredients.

My mission is to solo travel the world, discovering vibrant cultures, savoring authentic flavors, and crafting innovative plant-based recipes inspired by the diverse cuisines we encounter. But I need your help to make this dream a reality.

Why Plant-Based?
Plant-based eating isn't just a trend—it's a movement towards a healthier planet and a more compassionate world. By showcasing the delicious possibilities of plant-based cuisine, we hope to inspire others to adopt more sustainable dietary choices that benefit both their health and the environment.

Plant-based eating isn’t for everyone, but I do believe it would benefit us all if we incorporated more plant-based nutrient dense meals into our diet.

The Roadmap
With your support, I embark on a global adventure, visiting countries renowned for their culinary heritage, starting with Mexico.

At each destination, I will immerse myself in the local food culture, learning traditional cooking techniques, and uncovering secret ingredients. I desire to collaborate with local chefs, home cooks, and food artisans to gain insights into authentic flavors and regional specialties.

But I won't stop there! Armed with newfound knowledge and inspiration, I will put my own creative spin on classic dishes, developing mouthwatering plant-based recipes that capture the essence of each culture while respecting its culinary traditions.

Why These Countries?
I've selected countries like Mexico, Panama, Costa Rica, Jamaica, the Dominican Republic, and Puerto Rico due to their close proximity to the United States, where I currently reside. Additionally, traveling and accommodation costs are more affordable in these regions. Moreover, as we approach the spring and summer seasons, tropical fruits and vegetables are in abundance, making it the perfect time to explore and create recipes inspired by the vibrant flavors of these destinations.
