My Travel Story

       Choosing a life partner is a serious decision.  I have met and dated people but never felt they were the one.  I went on a girls trip and my soulmate found me.  The only problem right now is we have to endure a long-distance relationship.  
           My fiance and I decided we truly want to be together.  As I mention this is long-distance and he lives and is from Jamaica.  With the way the world is set up United States citizens can travel to most places with no problem.  For Jamaicans they need visas and it is not that simple.  Right now my fiance and I are working to get a K1 visa and we have to prove our love is real and we want to be a family.  I have to travel back and forth to Jamaica as I am getting this package together and it is becoming very costly.  Our goal is to be living as a family under one roof here in the United States where I was born and raised.
          I am at the age where I am ready to love and settle down.  For the rest of 2023 I plan on going 2 more times to gather proof plus I miss him.  I do long for him and dream of us living under one roof. I can't wait.  These visas take time and patience with everything they ask for. We are at the very beginning of the process now that we decided this is what we both want.
