Imagine a place where healing is not just a possibility but a promise. Rythmia Life Advancement Center in Costa Rica has been called a sanctuary for the soul.  I have the incredible opportunity to spend one week at Rythmia, and I need your help to make this dream a reality.

At Rythmia, I will engage in life-changing workshops, holistic therapies, and soul-nourishing activities that promise to rejuvenate my body, mind, and spirit. This retreat is not just a vacation; it’s a profound journey towards self-discovery, healing, and growth that will add to my experiences with all natural healing techniques and complement my own personal healing journey through holotropic breathwork.  The unique blend of ancient wisdom and modern techniques offered at Rythmia is something I’ve longed to research and document as we in the U.S. begin to explore natural healing modalities outside of man-made pharmaceuticals and traditional therapies used to treat trauma.
