Hi! My name is  Afolabi Smart Akinkuehin a MBA student of Robbert Kennedy College, University of Cumbra  and a Staff of  Distinct Guides Instittue of Professional Studies,Ondo State Nigeria ,your customer. I am pleased to inform you that I have been recognized as an exceptional young leader in my community by recently being accepted to the 3rd International Youth Leadership Conference Africa, taking place in Cape Town, South Africa, from September23rd– 28th, 2018. This is not only a great opportunity for me but for our community and I am writing to you to seek your support to make sure that we can take full advantage of this unique experience.

The IYLC is a great chance to expand my horizons and gather valuable leadership skills that I can bring back with me and make use of throughout my life and career. In addition the conference will contribute uniquely to my academic experience as I will be studying about the different issues related to international relations, law and governance.


In order to attend this educational conference I need to raise [your budgeted amount], including the conference fee of 1650 USD, transportation to and from Cape Town and visa, [other expenses you may have]. The conference fee includes tuition, accommodation, transportation during the week and all conference related activities, including all meals. I will need to arrange for my own transportation to and from Cape Town and am currently looking for the best ways to secure this.

The IYLC is attended by an average of 60 participants representing over 25 countries. The conference itself is composed of simulations of international organizations like the United Nations Security Council, International Criminal Court and European Union. Through activities such as panel discussions, visits to foreign embassies and networking banquets the IYLC also provides a unique opportunity to network and interact with leading professionals.
