I’m starting a soul-changing journey across Asia — beginning with Vietnam and Thailand — to immerse myself in the rich culture, explore traditions, taste unforgettable foods, and reconnect with life in a way I never have before. This trip isn’t just about adventure; it’s about healing, learning, and giving back.




After feeling weighed down by the constant stress and mental heaviness in the U.S., I’m seeking a reset. Asia offers a beautiful balance of peace, purpose, and new perspectives — exactly what I need to rebuild my spirit. While I’m there, I plan to volunteer, support local communities, and use my time to grow, serve, and transform.
