My Travel Story
For the past 10 years, I’ve lived a life of survival experiencing homelessness on and off since I was a teenager. I also live with a disability that affects my daily life, but I’ve learned that it’s not something that defines me. It’s part of my experience, not a barrier to my dreams.
I was kind of dealt a bad hand growing up. Now at 27, I'm finally in a place where I’m choosing to fight for a different future one built on purpose, peace, and passion. I’m raising funds to take a personal healing journey to Sedona, Arizona for 2 months, where I can reconnect with myself, rest, and plant the seeds for a dream that’s been growing inside me for years.
That dream is Moody Bean—a coffee cart that isn’t just about serving drinks, but about creating a space for connection, emotional honesty, and mental wellness. This journey will help me restore my body and mind while I gather inspiration, sketch out ideas, and prepare to finally bring this vision to life.
