Hi, my name is Sydney. I'm an 18 year old girl from a small town in Michigan. Volunteering in another country has always been a major goal of mine for as long as I can remember. My mother and some of my parents closest friends have been my biggest inspiration for this. Following in their footsteps, I have the goal to volunteer my time, skills and education to people in need. I primarily enjoy taking care of kids, and being around them so I plan on being involved with childcare in Kenya, Africa this upcoming May. As this has always been a dream and goal of mine it comes with financial responsibilities that take a toll on a college student like myself. If you are willing and able, please support me as I venture on this trip to Kenya!
