Greetings My name is Joe Moore.  I will be attempting to goto UTAH.  i have been before but the purpose of this trip is different.I need to go to the court building out there so I can petetion the court to grant me 50/50 Custody of my 2 children Jabari and Violet Moore. My ex hasme on child support and I need to file all paperwork in UTAH. I havent seen my children in 4 years. Any information or support will be appreciated.
