Mental Health Placement Bali 2020
My Travel Story
Over the four-weeks, we will be running workshops with locals to promote positive mental health. Local facilities for mental health are scarce and not easily accessible. The team will partake in over 40 hours of hands-on experience across a minimum of 6 different projects.
The key aims of the projects are education, stigma reduction, creative modalities, inclusion and role modelling.
As a Psychology student, musician and a keen traveller, this placement will open so many doors to my professional career later on in life. My goal is to specialise in creative therapies in non-westernised cultures.
I don't plan to receive anywhere near the target goal but If you could help towards any funds for this life-changing trip I would be so grateful - I am working part-time alongside studying and planning fundraising events too - so keep your eyes peeled!
Thanks so much in advance and any questions just ask!
