My Travel Story

Hi, my name is Liam and I am raising funds for a trip to the Peruvian Rainforest for three weeks in September 2023. 

During my time in the jungle I will be replanting the rainforest in a region that has been impacted by deforestation and spending time with local tribespeople to rebuild their ancestral lands. 
The group will also be doing trail maintenance and supporting efforts to save local animal and wild-life in the area. 

The trip is being run by International Volunteer - an organisation that has been doing this work for many years around the world. 

Ahead of the trip I am doing several fundraising activities, including climbing the equivalent height of Kilimanjaro here in the UK. 
I am also working with a local Personal Development Coaching business, helping them to run Fire Walking and other challenging activities, some of the profits of which will go towards my trip.
