Most of the villages do not have medical accommodation facilities for the people. People who have fever have to walk 5 kilometers to come to the town. Because there is no bus facility for villages. Old people in villages do not suffer from illness. Also, small children and pregnant women have to walk 3 to 5 kilometers in the villages where their health is not good or they have to go to the hospital. In the villages, many people are dying due to poisoning and fever. Rural Physically Handicapped Center For Rehabilitation has decided to provide services to the poor people through mobile health care in the villages.

The Mobile Health Care Unit is a totally self-contained mobile platform which houses medical equipment, diagnostic equipment, medicine, mask, sanitizer and captive power unit. The mobile health care unit is also equipped with trained medical officers and nurses, and provides consultations free of charge. The MHCUs run day-long medical camps in various villages, providing consultation and diagnostics as well as medicine dispensing services
