My Travel Story

We've been planning a trip to visit our family is the USA for a year now. Between having a baby, moving into a house and everything in-between, money is quite tight. We thought about financing the trip on credit cards but we've realized that this will only put us further behind when we return and we are at our max monthly budget as it is. 

Our daughter is about to turn one and there is nothing more in the world we want than for her to meet her mother's family. In additon to that, I (the mom) haven't been home to see my friends or family in almost 5 years. 

We are still waiting on visa approval for David (dad) but we are afraid that even with approval, we might not be able to finance the trip. Flights alone will be over $1,000 to arrive to the states, then we have food and travel expenses to get to each place and see everyone. 

So here were are, asking for help so that we might be able to visit all of you amazing friends and family!! If we don't raise enough to finance our trip or David's visa gets denied, we can either save the money for next year or return it to those kind enough to donate.
