My daughter is now 8 years old. When I was her age growing up in New York City in a school full of other first generation peers, I learned languages from my friends and their families. My daughter is not as fortunate to have that exposure where we live today. I'm trying to enhance her exposure this summer with full emersion in Latin American and Hispanic countries through cultural programs, camps, exploration and educational programs to live life and experience the language fully to help expand her experiences. She loved visiting Chile and Honduras and I'd live to keep that passion going and growing for her. We'd love for any help in producing a well rounded member of American society by engaging her in travel and others' cultures.
