My name is Connor Dale (Not my real name, just an alias for the time being) and I’m on a heartfelt journey to meet and marry the person I love — my soulmate — who lives in Brazil.
We met across distance and in a pretty random way. Over the years (1.5 years), our love has grown into something truly sacred. We’ve shared countless moments, dreams, and hopes for the future, even though the ocean separates us. It’s time to turn those dreams into reality — to finally meet in person, marry, and begin our life together.

Our plan is simple:
To marry in Brazil, complete all the necessary legal and visa steps, and start a humble, peaceful life together in the United States — filled with love, kindness, and gratitude.

Why I’m Asking for Help
This campaign isn’t about money — it’s about love.
Every dollar raised will go directly toward making this union possible.


I’ve estimated that I must raise $15,000-$25,000 USD to cover:
Flights to Brazil for me and future visits (3 Total)
Marriage and legal documentation fees
Medical exams and travel for her visa process
Modest living costs during my stay
This includes two additional visits to help her through the U.S. consulate appointments and required medical exams.

The amount I ask for is over the necessary amount, but it’s only there for unexpected expenses (such as extra fees, travel to consulates, unexpected medical costs, etc.)
I don’t want a luxurious stay at all. In fact, I’m cooking my own food and planning to stay in a cheap (though relatively safe) neighborhood in Fortaleza, Brazil to minimize any expenses — only what’s needed to meet and marry my soulmate.

What This Means to Me
I know this might sound like desperation (and truth be told it is), but it comes from a place of sincere truth.
She is the oxygen I breathe and the fire that keeps me warm.
Without her, I’m an empty hole — with her, I am whole.

All I want is to live a simple life together — to love, marry, build a small home, raise many children, grow old, and leave this world happily knowing it was with her.

My Promise to You
Once we are married and she’s finally here with me, I’ll close this GoFundMe and return any money that’s unused (likely there’ll be extra money which I promise to return).
After our marriage, I will post a photo, a heartfelt message, and a video here on GoFundMe as a massive thank you to everyone who helped make it possible.
Because of you people, me and her will have the chance to meet, marry, and live out the love story we’ve been waiting for.

  • Why My Name Is Hidden As "Connor"

    Hello, I used the alias Connor because its a simpler sounding name to my actual Legal Name (I think my Legal Name is easier, but surprisingly most People seem to find Connor a breeze to say compared to my Legal Name)

    But the main reason for my anonymity is because only 2 Friends and myself know that I've been with this girl (Around 1 and a half years), my Family doesn't know this as of yet because it would first startle them, yet they would likely try Funding this trip themselves even though our Financial situation isn't Good (Especially at this moment)

    Along with this, I'm Embarrassed that I must ask People for money in the first place, it hurts a little knowing I'm not able to do this myself and I have to rely on the generosity of others in order to solve my own problems, however I must do what I must in order to visit my Soulmate, I really Love her and because of that Love, I want to Meet, Marry her in Brazil instead of her having to pay for the expenses, after Marrying her, We both will Migrate back to my Home Country (United States), start a Family, buy a House, grow Old, and Die Together
